Philosophy

The philosophy of Early Years' is to encourage the development of the whole child by establishing a warm, consistent, and caring environment where children can feel secure and can develop a sense of love and trust. Children are unique individuals and need nurturing caregivers. Parental involvement is of utmost importance at Early Years. Early Years Child Development Center creates a comfortable, inviting, multicultural environment that includes areas for fine motor activities, dramatic play, quite activities, literature, music, arts and crafts, science, math, large motor skills, napping, and eating.
